Beware of renting condo at Marquinton Residences in Marikina City...PLEASE POST AND SHARE THIS... sa lahat ng mga taga MARIKINA or gustong kumuha ng unit or magcheck in sa MARQUINTON RESIDENCES IN MARIKINA CITY specially sa BARCELONA TOWER pls mag isip kau ng maraming beses hindi safe ang tumira dun lalo na s mga magbbakasyon lang lalo na ang mga galing sa ibang bansa,BASAHING MABUTI....noong april 29 dumating kami ng pamilya ko sa pilipinas at diretso kaming nagcheck in sa BARCELONA TOWER in MARQUINTON RESIDENCES unit 631,1 month ang contrata namin sa condo na un,,noong MAY 19,2012 bandang 5 or 5pm umalis kami ng condo pauwi sa probinsya for 3days.pagbalik namin ng condo MAY 22,2012 at about 6 or 6:30 pm habang nasa harap n kmi ng unit at kinukuha ko ang susi ung anak ko panganay hawak n nya seradura at pinapaikot ikot ng madiskubre nya nkabukas ang pinto takbo ako sa loob una ko pinuntahan kwarto nakabukas n pati na ang cabinet na pinagalagyan ng mga mahalagang bagay katulad ng iPAD 2,iPHONE 4,DIGI CAM,,RELO na seiko(late kuna nalaman na nakuha rin pala),DRIVERS LICENSE naming magasawai PHONE4S(na bago kami umuwi ng pilipinas kakukuha plng namin dto at huhulugan p namin sa loob ng 2taon,at ang lalong nakapanlulumo nd p namin nggmit me bills na dumating at nagkakahalaga ng $1,250.00 hindi na naawa ang mga hayop na yun ginamit ng ginamit nila samantalng nakalock un nagawan prin nila ng paraan na mabuksan) at CASH 100K na kakawithdraw lng sa banco dahil wala kamina atm iniiwan namin sa loob ng unit dahil ang alam namin safe sa condo dahil me security me cctv cam sa madaling salita me dumating na imbestigador at SOCO naipablotter n din nmin kinabukasan humiling kmi s imbestigador n mkapagrequest cla ng copy ng cctv mula sa MARQUINTON narecive rin nila ang request n imbestigador ang problema ang dami nila dahilan hindi nila mairelease ung cctv cam dami dahilan hanggang sa inabot ng mahigit 1 week at nkabalik n kmi dto wla ngyari sa cctv alam kasi nila at nakita nila un sa cctv ang mga pangyyari me pinagtatakpan cla,inilapit kuna rin sa TULFO ang mga pangyayari tinawagan nrin cla pra irealease ang cctv natakot cguro ang sabi willing naman dw cla ibigay ung copy ng cctv,,gusto naming ituloy ang kaso dahil ayon sa SOCO at imbestigador e hindi lng samin ngyari ito dhil sa loob ng taon na ito pang apat na kami,,,,ang sabi namin ipagpasaDYOS nlng namin ang lahat magbbyad din nmn ng malaki ang me kagagawan nito me KARMA un at mas malaki mawawala sa kanila kaso ang nakasasama ng loob eh ang mga sinabi ng admin office(note 1st eagle ang company ng security agency na un)ang pinalalabas samin parang gawa gawa lang namin ang lahat bakit daw kami magkakaroon ng ganun kalaking pera na cashat yun daw mga gadgets dapat dw me ibedensya kami na me ganun nga kami resibo o mga pix ng mga nawala kaya naman namn naming magprovide nung basta hingin lang nila kami lang daw magasawa nkakaalm ng pinaglalagyan ng mga nawala bkit dw alm n alm ng mga nagnakaw COMMON SENSE lang diba mga kababayan..kami me maayos na trabaho magasawa dto sa australia umuwi kami pra mgbakasyon magpasarap hindi pra kumuha ng batong ipupukpok mo sa ulo yung 2weeks nmin sa pinas hindi namin naenjoy wla na kming perang ginastos naubos pa oras namin sa kalalakad para sa kaso na yan cno craulo na gagawa ng ganon para gumawa lng ng kwento kaya nga me SOCO at CCTV CAM cla mkpagsasabi huwag lang nila(marquinton)IEDIT ang cctv diba kung wala cla pinagtatakpan dapat ibinigay agad nla ang copy,,, NOTE:BASAHIN NYO PO.....ang sabi ng ADMIN OFFICE ng MARQUINTON wala daw ca pananagutan sa nangyaring nakawan yun daw SECURITY nila e FACILITIES lang ang sakop nila NAKAKAAWA ang mga mnkatira mismo sa residence khit pla me mangyari nakawan o patayan hiHINDI daw nila sakop un BAKIT KAPA TUMIRA O KUKUHA sa ganun kung wala ka nmn plang seguridad ang mahal ng binabayaran mo wala ka plang maasahang seguridad,,,,MAG INGAT PO NAKABLOTTER PO SA marikina poice station pati na sa SOCO yun pong mga NABIKTIMA rin doon mag MSG po kau sakin salamat sa mga nagbasa
