hi,we're a couple interested with the unit to rent for 6 months (july 17 onwards). could you please fill me in with the furnishing and amenities details? does the rent inc assoc dues?thanks.

The unit is furnished with the basic furnitures and appliances. The rental fee of P15,000 per month is for a minimum of one (1) year contract. This do not include the association dues which is P1,767.50 per month and other utilities. You may call me at 0920-9616355 so we can talk about details.
