Hi. Thanks a lot for your interest on the Mayfield unit for rent. However, it is not available anymore as we have a long term renter already for the place.
If you want,we have another unit that you can use during that time. It is a furnished condo unit (sala and dining set, bed, aircon, tv, ref, microwave oven, cooking stove,plus kitchen and dining utensils). It is located in Makati City near the MRT Station, It is for rent at P1,650 per day inclusive of dues and utilities (Meralco, water and cable). If you are staying for a month, rental will be P25,000(per month) plus dues and utilities (electricity and water consumption and cable bill for the month).

Should you be interested, you may call me at 0920-9616355 (Smart cel) or at 357-9727 (pldt landline) to confirm your interest so I can give you more details about the unit for rent.

I shall be arriving in Manilla on the 16th July I am in need of a furnished condo for a 6 month period, in one of your replies to a previous e mail you say this is possible, Is this correct. The unit is furnished with the basic furnitures and appliances. The rental fee of P15,000 per month is for a minimum of one (1) year contract. This do not include the association dues which is P1,767.50 per month and other utilities. You may call me at 0920-9616355 so we can talk about details.
