All DMCI Homes developments require a minimum downpayment payable over construction period. A DMCI mid-rise condominium development usually requires a 15% minimum downpayment and 30% minimum downpayment for hi-rise condominium development. Unit reservation fee is Php 20,000.

Discount

Depending on the payment term, various discounts are applied. Additional 2% PDC discount is given also provided complete documents and PDCs are submtted within 30 days from reservation date.

Balance
