hi. good morning. manhattan garden city is on its underconstruction stage... if ever you would like to avail a unit here, turnover would be by 2013-2014... if they're looking for a unit which is ready for movein, we do have limited units within QC area that requiring Php 100,000 downpayment to movein.. its a 2br unit 57.5sqm.
