its for the studio unit ma'am. our 1br unit monthly ranges from 27T to 36T for 5 years at no downpayment and zero interest terms.. i can i have your e-mail address ma'am?

manhattan garden is close to the heart of q.c.--the araneta center and is very near to shopping and entertainment complex..just a walk away and also its near major transit systems...

you can compare both projects but im pretty sure that manhattan is the best project in area in all aspects-- price, location, the amenities and facilities, design and concept and many more....

Im sorry but the amount u quoted is misleading the 19thou to 22 thou monthly will not at all make up 2.4M total if u based it on a computation of 60 mos or 5 years. Complete details please. Thank you.

its because you only pay the 1st 50% of the price for the 1st 60mos. and the remaining half is your balance to be settle upon turnover of the units by 2012-2013.

i apologize for late response. our seminar-conference has just ended. if you'll going to wait by 2013, wala na kayo makukuhang unit sa slots na iyon. makaka-avail kayo sa mga units na 4 years ang turnover ulit and at the same time mas mataas na ang price nila...

granting na makakuha kayo sa mga natapos na by 2013, may downpayment na po ito and at the same time hindi na zero interest for 5 years ang term nya...

consider po nila as investment nila ngayon coz after 4 years ang 2.4M na studio ngayon is more or less around 3M to 3.4M
