There are several factors in choosing the best location. Taguig is booming but we do not have a project there yet. I handle various projects in Metro Manila such as Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, San Juan, and Quezon City by Megaworld Central Properties and Empire East Elite. Most of the concepts are Transit Oriented Development. My best opinion is in Araneta Center, Quezon City. We also invested a unit there. Would you like to be in a business district ? Makati, Ortigas and Fort Global City would be recommendable. Would you like to be beside malls and other lifestyle locations? Makati, Ortigas, Fort Global City and Quezon City are ok.

Rental from properties specifically in key cities would definitely give you earnings. Imagine paying a pre selling property at zero percent installment yet gaining profit from the appreciation rate. I, myself have started investing on a good location.
