Hi Engineer! Thank you for your inquiry. Best location would vary-

Would you like to be in a business district ? Makati, Ortigas and Fort Global City would be recommendable. Would you like to be beside malls and other lifestyle locations? Makati, Ortigas, Fort Global City and Quezon City are ok.

Rental from properties specifically in key cities would definitely give you earnings. Imagine paying a pre selling property at zero percent installment yet gaining profit from the appreciation rate. I, myself have started investing on a good location.
