Administer, troubleshoot & maintain PABX systems including voicemail, hard phones & soft phone configurations and IP telephone web interface provisioning.
Install, configure & maintain end user IP phones such as Snom, Cisco, Polycom, Yealink etc.
Must respond to the needs of colleagues and business groups, as it relates to voice communication activities.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of PBX, VOIP & PC skills (Windows/PC/Apple hardware, internet browsers, networking) Data communications & LAN skills; TCP/IP basics, Protocols & Servers. Computer telephony integration (basic)
Maintain necessary telephony documentation.
Maintenance of telephones and peripherals
Ensure all service requests are answered in a timely manner
Maintain telephony documentation

SKILLS: Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in a voice communications position supporting PBX and voicemail systems.
Working knowledge of cabling systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility in managing and prioritizing work assignments
Effective verbal and written skills
Team oriented
Ability to effectively manage conflicts
Cisco/Polycom/Yealink & Snom VoIP Platform knowledge is an advantage
With Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent
