Job Description:

-Takes feed backs from customers

-Answers questions about the products or services

-Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers

-Guides the customer through the problem-solving process

-Ensuring customer satisfaction

-Maintain productivity and demonstrate initiative to continue learning

Requirements:

-At least High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply

-Must be computer literate and can type at least 25 WPM

-Proficient in conversational English

-Amendable to shifting schedule

-Must have at least a high school diploma

-Willing to start immediately

Salary:

Php 14,000.00 to 22,000.00
