Job Description:

-Answering questions about the product or service

-Cross selling value added services or products offered by the company

-Dealing with complaints or inquiries

-Ensuring customer satisfaction

-Maintain productivity and demonstrate initiative to continue learning

-Handling inbound customer service support calls

Requirements:

-Must be computer literate and can type at least 25 WPM

-Proficient in conversational English

-Amendable to shifting schedule

-Must have at least a high school diploma

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-No call center experience is ok

Salary:

Php 14,000.00 to 22,000.00
