• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance, Accounting or any Business Administration related field
• With at least 7-10 years work experience, 5-7 years of which are in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent people and client management skills
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

• Monitor statistics from processing and reviewing teams, ensure productivity and quality targets are met
• Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives, drive analytics and client-driven projects
• Serve as primary client and contact for accounts payable processes
• Work with key stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless and cost efficient performance
