 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle inbound customer service support calls
• Assist international clients with their inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintain productivity and demonstrate initiative to continue learning

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate;
• Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients; and
• Must be computer literate and type at least 25 wpm
