• Accommodating customers via calls and e-mails
• Responding to questions and providing the appropriate solution
• Taking care of customer’s concerns professionally and patiently
• Guaranteeing excellent customer service 24/7
   

Qualifications:                                                                       

• At least a high school diploma
• Must be familiar with basic computer applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• With or without call center experience accepted
• Willing to work within Metro Manila
