• Answering e-mails and chat inquiries
• Assisting customers by responding to their questions
• Giving the best solution based on issues provided by customer
• Providing excellent customer service 24/7
   

Qualifications:             

• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must know how to use a computer
• At least 25 words per minute
