Content Formatter/Open for Fresh Graduates

The role is responsible for preparation of content/data feeds prior to loading onto the database, correction of formatting issues at the article level in the user interface and basic IT work. Creation, as needed,  of new web downloads and maintenance of existing ones. Write basic scripts, basic programming in Perl, using mostly regular expressions. Write basic code for local CGIs, with final implementation to be subject of review and approval by tech department. Manual pre-processing of specific file types (splitting large PDF’s, conversion of files to text based formats – html, txt, xml, etc.).

  Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates will be acceptable.
  • Able to write basic scripts, Perl programming.
  • Able to split large PDF files.
