Promo : Big Discounts!!!
- Clients who visit the site on viewing days can avail of 50,000.00 to PhP100,000.00 discount on North Ridge Lots and 150,000 on The Peaks Lots if they make reservation during the viewing days or within 7 days from the viewing day that they attended. Reservation Fee for North Ridge lots is 50,000.00 per lot while for The Peaks lots is 100,000.00 per lot. A tent with tables and chairs will be set up at The Peaks Block 3 (near the area for the Club House) from 3pm until 5pm during these viewing days. Refreshments will be served. A caricature artist will be there to make a caricature of the guests (individual or group) as a souvenir that they can take home after the viewing. A van will be available to shuttle visitors (sellers and their guests) from the Monterrazas de Cebu guard house up to the tent and around The Peaks and North Ridge, then drop them off at the guard house. Invitation cards are also available. Please get them from me if you have clients for the viewing days.
