Transcriptionist

We are looking for a Transcriptionist to support the team in processing all required tasks with a high level of attention to detail on time and ensuring transcription quality of 99% accuracy.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate transcription of all word processing requests from authors in a timely manner
• Use correct template document where required and save all completed tasks in the system (LawMaster)
• Transcribe audio recordings and complete all copy typing as required using the correct template document within 24 hours, with high attention to detail and achieve 99% accuracy
• Ensuring any copy typing requests are done in a timely manner
• Accommodate urgent requests in requested time frame
• Provide prompt and professional client service at all times
• Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships whilst adhering to systems, policies, and procedures at all times

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field
• With at least 2 to 3 years of related experience in the BPO industry
• Previous transcription experience is required
• Legal transcription experience is an advantage
• Outstanding ability to multi-task and to successfully work under pressure or tight deadlines
• Must be keen on details with high level of data accuracy
• Passionate about meeting targets and delivering outstanding service to external and internal customers
• Advanced MS Office skills particularly MS Word
• At least 45 WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent comprehension skills
• Must demonstrate commitment to the company and client's  core values and behavioural standards
• Reliable, willingness to learn, high integrity with positive attitude
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule and/or weekends and holidays in Makati City
