THE CONDO 

The condo is located within Best Western Antel Plus Hotel Makati avenue. The unit is fully furnished with spacious toilet and bathtub.The condo is conveniently located along Makati avenue, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City.

Electronic keycard door access (no bulky keys to carry, just a credit card size of key card)

It has 2 single size bed, split type aircon, LED 32 inch TV with cable programs, 2 chairs & dining table, built-in cabinet, microwave oven, full size refrigerator, electric stove, cooking pot, frying pan, plates, glasses, cup saucer, spoon, fork, soup bowl, bath tub, full body size mirror, hair dryer

The condo has 3 swimming pools at the 5th flr and another pool at the 31st flr. There is also a fitness gym and a children's play area. There's a restaurant/coffeshop in the 5th floor swimming pool area. There is a spa at the 4th floor (separate charges apply) 

In front of the condo is A.Venue Mall and SM Hypermart (Grocery). Beside it is a 24 hour convenience store and a bank with ATM machine. There are also 4 other ATM machines nearby.

At the back of the condo is Century City Mall where Rustans Supermarket is located along with numerous restaurants/coffeeshops - Burger King, California Pizza, Coffee Bean, Starbucks. 

Across the condo is Makati avenue where there are 24 hour restaurants - Wendy's, Yellow cab Pizza, North Park Noodles, Shakeys, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Kenny Rogers. 

Mercury Drug Store is just around the corner and open 24 hours

This condo has the best location in this side of Makati that you do not need to ride a cab/taxi just to buy basic items, everything is just within a few minutes of walking distance.

Ayala/Glorietta and Greenbelt Malls are just one straight line route away via Makati avenue (you can even walk, estimate is less than 30 minutes) 

Terms and conditions:

-Php 10,000- Security Cash deposit (refundable) for 1 to 6 days rental term and for 8 to 14 and 21 days rental term.
-Maximum of 3 persons allowed (3rd person must share existing beddings,etc.)
-Parties not allowed / No smoking

This is on a first come, first served basis. A Php 3,000 reservation deposit is required to guarantee the booking. Rental fee and security deposit to be paid in full on date of check-in. Reservation fee/deposit will become non-refundable if guest will not show up on scheduled check-in date. Should the guest however show up on the supposed check-in date, it shall become refundable and form part of the security cash deposit.

Non-payment of the Php 3,000 reservation fee/deposit will not guarantee room availability or booking.
