Php 1,715-- per day if stay is for 7 days 
Php 1,700-- per day if stay is for 8 to 13 days 
Php 1,600-- per day if stay is for 14 days (regular rate)

Php 28,500 -- per 30 days 

TERMS/CONDITIONS/OTHER INFO 

-3 persons maximum allowed in the unit (3rd person is free of charge provided that he will need to share on the existing 2 beds) 
-Parties not allowed 
-No smoking 
-Php 10,000-- refundable security cash deposit required 
-Electricity/water are additional charges 
-Rental contract shall be executed, Valid government issued ID required 
-Php 3,000-- Reservation fee/deposit is required if you want a guaranteed booking
