Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

For one month stay, we ask for Php 28,000 advance payment plus Php 28,000 security deposit -to take care of unpaid bills such as water, electricity, gas, internet, cable and including damages, if any, to the leased premises and furniture.

However, we can give Php 25,000 per month for a minimum stay of 6 months.

May I know when are you planning to stay?

FYI. For one month lease - the said deposit will be returned to the LESSEE after FIFTEEN (15) days from the termination of the lease, less such deductions, if any,.

Just wondering why you cannot say at this time whether if it would be available or not on the said period?

By the way, is the rent still at 28k (php)? Please confirm as I don't want to wait up to nov and just find out that the rent is not acceptable to me.

I would greatly appreciate if you can give an immediate confirmation of the availability of the place so that I would know if I have to look for another accommodation. I hope you understand my situation.
