Dear Sir: Yes we are the unit owners and take pride in ownership. We lived in Mayfield unit 403 for 2 years and loved it.

Mayfield Park Residences may be just the perfect Condo Community for you. It is a very safe gated development, with 2 gates: one at the roadside and another, a full km driveway farther, at the entrance of the front gate. There is 24 hour security and most condos are occupied by unit owners, so it is a pleasant community where the residence are deeply invested in preserving its safety and tranquity.

Being a km away from the main road provides a peaceful environment free of traffic noise and offers a breath of fresh air. The communities amenities only add to the family environment. There is a swimmng pool, clubhouse with WIFI access free to the residents, but it is also available for reservations should you prefer a larger party, a full basketball court used for local tournament play, a weight room, a Videoke Room, and a playground. The Project office offers a water refilling station and a very reasonably priced laundry service. It is a pet friendly community, with jogging and walking paths.
