Qualifications:

• High School Graduates, Short Course / Vocational / College Graduates / Undergraduates
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
• Demonstrated efficiency in typing and grammar
• With or without call center experience

Job Description:

• Good customer service skills and good communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Commitment, focus, and follow-through needed to see problems through to resolution
• Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
• Actively listens to customers to understand their concerns and issues
