• Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

• To effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information received accurately and efficiently
• To deliver a high level of customer service to every account and customer
• To behave In a respectful manner at all times whilst in the Contact Centre
• To handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner
• To process account and bookings through the system
