  • 5 – 7 years required work experience in Workforce Management

Job Description:

 

  • Driving proper managing of volume and staffing to ensure optimal performance through continuous interaction with stakeholders with the intent of achieving target metrics and contractual objectives
  • Facets are Intraday Operations (Real-time Monitoring), Scheduling, Forecasting and Capacity Planning
